Personal Information the Operator Collect

“Personal Information” is information that can be used to identify, locate, or contact an individual. In general, you can visit the Site without identifying yourself or revealing any Personal Information. At your option, there are times that the Operator will collect the following types of Personal Information:

Contact Information. Contact Information allows the Operator to communicate with you and schedule meetings with you. Contact Information includes, but is not limited to, your name, valid email address, phone number, full postal address, or other information about yourself that you provide.

Survey Information. In order to communicate with you, the Operator will collect your Contact Information and information regarding the best time for us to connect with you, whether you belong to any credit union(s) or credit union organization(s), whether you have any affiliations with other organizations, content ideas you may have in connection with Project Boost4U, or other information about yourself that you provide.

The Operator’s Use of Your Personal Information

The Operator only obtains Personal Information from you if you provide it to the Operator by contacting it or by submitting a survey to it. The Operator may use and store Personal Information provided by you to help it improve its services to you, to provide you with the information you have requested, to respond to your questions, to schedule a time to connect with you and for other internal purposes. The Operator does not sell your Personal Information to any organization. Notwithstanding the foregoing, your Personal Information may be shared with agents or contractors of the Operator or other entities in connection with services that these individuals or entities perform for the Operator. The Operator may also use your Personal Information for disclosures that are required by law.

Personal Information Retention

To determine the appropriate retention period, the Operator considers the type and volume of the information, the negatives that can result from unpermitted access to such information, why the Operator gathers such information and the availability of achieving the goals of such gathering through alternative means.

Security of Personal Information

The Operator strives to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, however, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and therefore the Operator cannot guarantee absolute security of your Personal Information. The Operator strives to maintain a system that reasonably safeguards Personal Information and has put in place appropriate security measures to accomplish the foregoing.

Non-Personal Information that the Operator Collects Indirectly

In some cases, the Operator may indirectly collect information that is not Personal Information (“Non-Personal Information”). The Operator collects the following types of Non-Personal Information:

  • The country and city you are in when you access the Site; and
  • The language in which you view the Site.

In addition, The Operator implements cookies to collect certain types of Non-Personal Information. Cookies store user information and track user activities. Cookies do not collect Personal Information, unless you supply it.

  • To collect information regarding the usefulness of the Site, the effectiveness of the Site’s navigational structure, and for behavioral marketing purposes, all of which help the Operator improve and develop enhancements for the Site;

  • To allow users to Follow Us and Like Us on Project Boost4U’s Facebook page through the Site and to allow the Operator to tailor advertisements to users.

Any Non-Personal Information, material, suggestions, ideas, concepts, know-how, techniques, questions, comments or other communication you transmit or post to the Site in any manner, or any other modes of communication from you to the Operator, is and will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary ("User Communications"). The Operator, its affiliates and/or its designees may use any or all User Communications for any purpose whatsoever, including, without limitation, reproduction, transmission, disclosure, publication, broadcast, development, manufacturing and/or marketing in any manner whatsoever for any or all commercial or non-commercial purposes. The Operator may, but is not obligated to, monitor or review any information you provide through the Site. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from the Site any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, offensive, pornographic, or other material that would violate any law. The Operator will have no liability related to the content of any such communications, whether or not arising under the laws of copyright, libel, privacy, obscenity, or otherwise.

Do Not Track Requests

The Operator does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

Links to Other Web Sites and Privacy Practices of Third Parties

From time to time, the Site may contain links to other Websites. If you use these links, you will leave the Site. The privacy policy of such other Websites govern the information collection and dissemination practices occurring on such Websites. The Operator encourages you to read and understand those Websites' policies prior to using those Websites. Neither the Operator nor its affiliates are responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Websites.


The site is intended for adults. The Operator does not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not send the Operator any personal information. If you know of anyone under the age of 18 who has provided the Operator with information, please contact the Operator immediately and it will remove the information.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

The Operator may, from time to time, in the Operator’s sole, absolute, and unfettered discretion, update this Privacy Policy to clarify its practices or to reflect new or different privacy practices.
